Insurance Defence Senior Associate – Personal Injury & Liability – Belfast

A highly regarded Belfast firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Insurance team, defending claims and advising on cover for insurers and corporate clients.
Your caseload:
- Catastrophic injury, employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic claims
- Occupational disease, product liability and professional liability
- Fraudulent claims defence and health & safety prosecutions
- Clients including insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, self-insured corporates and public bodies, with some multi-jurisdictional matters.
What you’ll need:
- Senior associate-level experience in insurance defence litigation
- NI qualified, or E&W / ROI qualified with a view to practising in NI
- Strong High Court experience and the confidence to run complex files
- The ability to supervise and develop junior colleagues.
