The mix
- Administrations, receiverships (including fixed charge) and liquidations
- High-value restructurings, refinancings, schemes and voluntary arrangements
- Security reviews, enforcement, retention of title and asset tracing
- Contentious work: director disqualification, unwinding transactions and asset recovery claims.
You’ll offer
- 5+ years’ PQE in insolvency, restructuring or related banking litigation
- NI qualification, or E&W / ROI qualification with a view to practising in NI
- Experience acting for office holders, lenders or creditors
- Confidence leading matters and supervising others.
