Healthcare Solicitor, Associate 1–3 PQE, Belfast
An impressive Belfast firm with a growing healthcare practice wants an Associate solicitor with:
- Ideally c. 1–3 years PQE in Healthcare law
- If not, solicitor with strong litigation experience, but keen to pursue a healthcare specialism
- Any insight and knowledge of medicine, ethics and professional regulation is a genuine interest
- You’re qualified in NI, or in E&W / ROI and open to practising in NI.
You’ll help defend clinical negligence claims for medical defence organisations and insurers, support doctors, dentists, nurses and pharmacists through fitness to practise processes, and get involved in inquests, complaints and serious incident investigations. There’s data protection and access-to-records work too.
You’ll be learning from people who have spent decades in this field, on work that crosses the border. It’s a rare chance to build a long-term specialism early.
