A leading Belfast firm is looking for a mid-level Associate to join its Regulatory team, acting for individuals and organisations across Northern Ireland and beyond.Most of the work comes from health and social care, with some from education and financial services. It covers fitness to practise investigations and hearings, statutory and registration appeals, employer disciplinary processes, inquests, public inquiries, Ombudsman complaints and challenges to inspection findings.
You will collaborate with employment and reputation management specialists, so clients get joined-up advice when it matters most.
The firm is looking for someone with mid-level experience in regulatory, disciplinary or related litigation work, careful written skills and good advocacy instincts. You should be NI qualified, or E&W / ROI qualified with a view to practising in NI.
