  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of EUC analysts and technicians
  • Oversee desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Citrix, and MDM platforms
  • Drive process improvements and ensure security, compliance, and performance
  • Be the go-to expert for complex technical escalations
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to shape our EUC strategy
