A respected Belfast commercial practice wants a 3–5 PQE solicitor to join a team trusted with some of the region’s most challenging disputes.
You’ll handle a mix of:
- Company and shareholder disputes, professional negligence and reputation management
- Property, construction, procurement and banking recovery disputes
- Contentious probate and trust claims
- Litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination, for claimants and defendants alike
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution
- Qualified in NI, or in E&W / ROI and keen to practise in NI
- Comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- A commercial, solutions-first mindset
