A highly regarded medium sized practice is keen to hire an experienced solicitor.This forms part of a medium-term succession plan, and therefore the level of PQE is flexible, but likely to be at least 8 years PQE.

It is feasible to join the firm as a Partner (equity, salaried level) or possibly as Senior Associate, with a partnership route forming part of the agreed plan.
The firm manages client demands on both sides of the border and while you do not need to be dual qualified, you will ultimately get access to a range of clients across multiple industries.
You will join an established team to manage mainstream M&A transactions, restructures, joint ventures etc.
You will be typically representing small to medium scale entrepreneurs and clients who are attracting or securing investment from private equity, venture capital or other funding sources.Therefore, the right solicitor will be both technically strong but also offer a strong relatable personality who can support clients and problem solve.
Maintaining long term relationships with these clients is critical.
You will also be keen to support and enhance the practice’s strong community and business sector network.
This is important to raise and manage profile and brand, meet new clients and offer a presence and expertise in the local and regional economy.If you have any potential workstreams to follow you, that is beneficial, but not essential.The Managing Partner is willing to undertake an open discussion around fit and also offer insight into the financial performance of the business.
