Our client, a well‑established Belfast commercial firm, is adding an Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to its Corporate & M&A team.
What the work looks like:
- Acquisitions, disposals, investments and wider corporate transactions, locally and cross‑border
- Acting for domestic and international companies, banks, private equity houses and venture capital investors
- Corporate governance advice for clients at every stage of growth
- Multi-disciplinary deals alongside banking, real estate, employment, IP and competition colleagues.
You’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ PQE in corporate/M&A within private practice
- NI qualification, or E&W / ROI qualification with a view to practising in NI
- Confidence running transactions and managing client relationships
- Sharp drafting and sound commercial judgement.
