Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Belfast
A well-established and reputable Belfast firm with a leading Dispute Resolution practice is expanding its team and looking for a solicitor with circa 3-5 PQE. You will run quality commercial disputes for some of the region’s most high-profile businesses and individuals and step into a varied, high-calibre caseload.
Other aspects include:
- Running your own caseload of commercial disputes, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants
- High Court and County Court litigation, plus arbitration, adjudication and mediation
- Exposure to wider contentious work, including construction, property litigation and insolvency disputes
- Working closely with experienced lawyers in a collaborative, cross-department team
Ideally, you will offer:
- 3-5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or wider dispute resolution
- Qualification in NI, or in England & Wales / ROI with a view to practising in NI
- Confidence managing matters from instruction through to resolution
- Strong drafting, sound commercial judgement and a client-first approach
