One of NI’s top commercial firms is looking for an Associate to join its Contracts & Technology team, advising clients across a wide range of sectors.
Day to day focus:
- Drafting and negotiating supply, outsourcing, agency, distribution, reseller and OEM agreements
- Software and hardware licensing for local and global businesses
- Protecting and commercialising intellectual property
- Data protection, privacy and Freedom of Information advice.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Associate-level experience in commercial contracts, technology or IP
- NI qualification, or E&W / ROI qualification and a plan to practise in NI
- A practical, deal-focused approach to negotiation
- Interest in data protection and emerging tech regulation.
