A leading international professional services firm is looking to hire a Client Onboarding Officer to join their growing Risk & Compliance team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in AML, CDD/KYC and Conflicts within a legal or professional services environment. This is a team of 18 professionals with the requirement to expand due to business growth. Appointed candidates will join a team with superb career development options!
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end client onboarding processes
- Conducting AML/CDD checks and risk assessments
- Investigating complex ownership structures & UBOs
- Reviewing conflicts checks using Intapp
- Assessing PEPs, adverse media & source of funds
- Supporting stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in AML/KYC/CDD and conflicts analysis – Circa 2 years plus.
- Background in legal or professional services
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately
- Experience with Intapp or screening platforms preferred
