We are looking for a talented Client Account Supervisor to join our clients Belfast office and lead our Cash Accounting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a critical function, drive process improvements, and play a key role in shaping financial operations across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the Cash Accounting team
- Oversee workloads, performance reviews, recruitment, and training
- Drive process improvements and enhance control environments
- Manage client account operations, including:
- Checking, banking, and posting client/currency/deposit receipts
- Processing payment requisitions and inter-ledger transfers
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Managing residual balances and liaising with partners
What We’re Looking For
- Strong line management experience and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in process improvement and change management
- Deep understanding of control environments, Solicitors Accounts Rules, and AML procedures
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
