Banking & Finance Solicitor - NQ to 2 PQE - Belfast
NQ or up to 2 years qualified? Build your banking practice on some of the most notable finance deals in the NI market. A long-established Belfast firm is growing its Banking & Finance team and wants a junior solicitor ready to learn on quality work. In the role you will:
- Support on property, acquisition and project finance transactions
- Work on asset-based lending, restructurings and renewable energy financings
- Act for banks, funds and investors as well as corporate borrowers
- Collaborate with corporate, real estate and insolvency colleagues on joined-up deals
You'll need:
- NQ to 2 years' PQE
- NI qualified, or qualified in E&W / ROI with a view to practising in NI
- Some exposure to banking, corporate or commercial property work (a trainee seat counts)
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in
