About The Role

  • As a
  • Nursery Apprentice

, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

You’ll support daily routines, encourage children’s development, and work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child has a positive nursery experience whilst completing your level 3 qualification!

Once you complete your course, you will have the opportunity to progress at a higher level in the nursery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily nursery routines and EYFS activities
  • Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
  • Encourage children’s learning and development through fun activities
  • Build children’s confidence and independence
  • Record observations using our parent communication system
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team
  • Communicate professionally with parents and carers
  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
  • What We’re Looking For
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety
  • Reliable and professional attitude
  • Essential Requirements
  • Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check
  • Ability to provide 2 references
  • Right to work in the UK
