We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician of behalf of one of our clients to join their manufacturing team in Downton, Salisbury.
This role involves assembling components and products with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a keen eye for detail.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within a dynamic warehouse environment.
The Role is Monday to Friday, no weekends required.
Mon-Thurs 08.00-16.30, Friday 08.00-15.30
Temporary position for approximately 4-6 weeks. - Could lead to ongoing or permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assemble various components and products according to technical specifications and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect assembled parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
