Role Summary

Pay Rate: Up to £1879 per month, plus 45p per mile

Shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off

Hours: Between 7am to 10pm

Location: Welshpool and surrounding areas (SY21 and up to a radius of 15 miles)

Hours: Full-time including days, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: A full license and access to your own transport, due to the location of the role.

Job Description

CCH is seeking a caring and empathetic Home Health Aide to support the local community of Welshpool and surrounding areas (up to 15 miles radius). Your role is to enhance the well-being and quality of life of clients with kindness and professionalism. Responsibilities include:

• Companionship – providing a friendly face and preventing loneliness
• Personal Care – assisting with hygiene
• Medication – collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
• Mealtimes – preparing meals
• Housekeeping – maintaining clients\’ homes
• Mobility – assisting with movement

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
