Pay Rate: Welcome bonus of £150 upon completing 100 hours! £12.10 per hour. Travel time: £11.44 per hour plus 28p mileage.
Shifts available: Flexible hours that work for you. Access to vehicle required: If living in Aberdare, both non-drivers and drivers posts are available.

What you’ll do:
Our care assistants support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes by following individual care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Qualifications:
No social care experience is required. We value your compassion and ability to care. Resilience and willingness to learn new skills are essential as part of our close-knit team.
