WHO ARE ABA
ABA are a commercial Architectural and Interior Design Practice specialising in the Leisure and Hospitality industry working on some of the UK’s most loved brands. Our services include scheme concept design, presentation schemes, Planning & Licensing submissions, Building regulations applications, production of detailed construction drawing packs, collation of schedules/specifications & FF&E, along with site delivery of these schemes as Project Managers.
THE ROLE
This is a full-time Designer/Project Manager role based at our offices in the vibrant neighbourhood of Kelham Island, Sheffield and associated travel. As a Designer/Project Manager at ABA, you will be working alongside the wider project team both coordinating and working on scheme proposals, developing detailed construction drawing packs, preparing planning and licensing submissions producing schedules/specifications for FF&E. The role will involve project management aspects required for the delivery of schemes on site, including leading Client Design Stage meetings, completion of Client documentation and general follow up administration tasks.

- 3-4 years experience as an Interior Designer in the hospitality industry, with good experience of on-site project delivery.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365.
- Strong spatial awareness with an understanding of buildings, materials, colours etc.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferable.
