We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Analyst to join our team, playing a key role in driving profitable growth across the UK business. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to optimise pricing, evaluate promotional investment, and deliver insights that support key business decisions. You’ll combine data analysis with commercial thinking to identify opportunities, influence strategy and improve performance. Pricing
  • Carry out pricing analysis of brands and products, making appropriate recommendations on long term price progression, short term price optimisation and pack price architecture.
  • Scenario modelling of price changes.
  • Support brand team with development of margin improvement plans involving price / promotion and pack levers.
  • Update elasticity model to understand impact of price changes on volume.
Promotional Investment
  • Promotional strategic thinking, balancing brand objectives, NSV contribution and ROI – holistic view of promotions combining multiple functions.
  • Review the efficiency of trade promotional activity, identifying which mechanics are the most value enhancing and drive change through quarterly brand reviews.
  • Maintain a promotion database – updated & reported each period.
  • Lead the promotional governance process and regularly update guidance to ensure appropriate control is exercised across promotional spend.
  • Provide control to promotional guidelines and plans across all brands - UK.
  • Control out of guidelines process and sign off/ reject OOG promotional requests driven by business objectives.
Other
  • Report on retail price movements in the market.
  • Support Online team with feature space reviews.
  • Review NPD gate documents for all brands – checking financials, ROS & promotional assumptions.
  • Act as a champion for implementing best in class Commercial Finance and Revenue Management strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across systems and Excel based templates and models.

  • Finalist/newly qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA Finance professional.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational organisation with exposure to multi brand environments.
  • Have a strong financial management skillset with the ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders.
  • A confident and experienced individual, with strong business acumen, a strategic mindset and a bias for action.
  • You will embed yourself as key member of the wider Commercial team and live our Winning Ways.
