What's the role about?
- Carrying out thorough cleaning of equipment, production areas, and facilities to support food safety and operational efficiency
- Following hygiene schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and quality standards
- Work cross-functionally to maintain high standards of cleaning to support equipment care and cleaning to maintain operational efficiency and product safety & quality
- Supporting waste management and recycling initiatives to help us meet our environmental goals
- Working closely with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and clear communication
- Taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
How will you stand out?
- Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within food manufacturing or a similar environment
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with great attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety, health & safety, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Capable of thriving in both individual and collaborative work environments
- Comfortable working on a 4 on 4 off pattern
- Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
