Shifts: 6.00-14.30 and 9.30-18.00 Monday-Friday and 1 Saturday in 4 paid at time and a half.

What you will do:

  • Carry out repairs to a high standard according to Volvo procedures, safely and responsibly.
  • Assist in the fault diagnosis process.
  • Service Customer Vehicles and complete service sheets.
  • Road test vehicles when required (if you hold an HGV license).
  • Assist with roadside breakdowns.
  • Process all relevant paperwork relating to jobs accurately.
  • Ensure all vehicle defects are reported.
  • Keep all workshop facilities, equipment, and tools clean, tidy and well maintained.
  • Help us in supporting the development of trainees and apprentices.

Qualifications required:

Do you hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGV's or have you completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry?
