Our Used Trucks operation plays a key role in giving vehicles a second life, ensuring every truck is prepared, presented, and delivered to the highest standard. Every vehicle that passes through our Returns Centre represents quality, trust, and attention to detail. We are now looking for a Vehicle Returns Centre Process Controller to join our well‑established and supportive team. In this role, you will manage the full vehicle return journey from initial check‑in through to preparation and final sign‑off, ready for sale at our centre in Bedworth.
Salary: Competitive salary
Location: Coventry/Bedworth, CV12 0HX just off Junction 3 of the M6
Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am – 4 pm

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out vehicle check‑in, recording specifications, condition, contract details, mileage, and damage.
- Coordinating preparation and repair work with service providers and ensuring agreed timelines are met.
- Reviewing and approving repair estimates in line with return conditions and commercial requirements.
- Managing preparation costs, including invoicing, recharges, and negotiation of costs with service providers and rental partners.
- Supporting and coordinating sublet repairs and vehicle movements around the site.
- Ensuring vehicles are valeted and prepared to the required standard.
- Maintaining accurate stock records, yard checks, key logs, and vehicle tracking systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with basic formulas.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, can‑do approach to work.
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
- Experience in a commercial vehicle or similar operational environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- An HGV licence would be a strong advantage but is not essential.
