We are seeking a Sales Director to lead the UK & Ireland market. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, working closely with partners Renault Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment.

As Sales Director UK & Ireland, you will sit on the Market Leadership Team, collaborating with senior leaders to make decisions that serve the long-term success of the market. You will lead Territory Managers, Finance Sales Specialists, and Commercial Support to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Set and deliver sales targets, service standards, and commercial objectives across the UK & Ireland.
- Shape and evolve the sales operation and Commercial Support to maximise market impact.
- Monitoring market performance, including penetration, asset portfolio, overdue ratios and productivity.
- Empower the Commercial Support team to proactively solve business challenges and drive results.
- Lead key negotiations with dealers and strategic accounts and oversee local product/service commercialisation.
- Implement sales tools, marketing initiatives, and customer lifecycle processes to enhance performance.
- Building a culture that promotes engagement, development and continuous learning.
Who are you? You are a commercial leader with a strong background in captive finance, financial services or commercial vehicles. You bring experience managing sales teams and key accounts, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
