Warehouse Operative
Starting Salary: £25,857 per annum
Earning Potential: Up to £26,357 per annum (upon achieving bonus targets)
Location: Rugby (relocating to Coventry in June 2027)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM, with one Saturday shift every 7 weeks
Please note: GTO, Logistics Services, Volvo Group Logistics will be relocating from Rugby to Coventry. Candidates should be willing to commute to both sites during the transition period.

What will you do?
- Unload inbound vehicles safely and check products against delivery notes.
- Quality-check and store products, ensuring accurate system updates.
- Release orders from systems and prepare them for picking.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct stock checks and manage incoming returns.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, operating equipment safely.
- Support health and safety policies and contribute to performance improvements.
