Qualifications:

This is a blended role combining office-based coordination with hands-on yard activity, including moving and positioning vehicles across the site as part of the daily flow of operations.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out vehicle check-in, recording specifications, condition, contract details, mileage, and damage.
- Coordinating preparation and repair work with service providers and ensuring agreed timelines are met.
- Reviewing and approving repair estimates in line with return conditions and commercial requirements.
- Manage preparation costs, including invoicing, recharges, and negotiation of costs with service providers and rental partners.
- Support and coordinate sublet repairs and vehicle movements around the site.
- Ensure vehicles are valeted and prepared to the required standard.
- Maintain accurate stock records, yard checks, key logs, and vehicle tracking systems.
You will be joining a collaborative team working closely with sales colleagues, coordinators, stock controllers and sales managers.
