As our next HR Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our UK-wide workforce. You’ll be the go-to for accurate, timely HR administration that really makes a difference. Whether it’s issuing contracts, managing data in SAP and SuccessFactors, or being that trusted point of contact through our ASK HR system, your work will be essential.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- A natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others.
- Experience using Excel, including working with raw data, VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, filters, and basic formulas to support accurate reporting.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
- Comfortable using case management systems such as Ask HR or similar platforms.
- Able to manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- Someone who handles confidential information with care, discretion, and integrity.
- A clear communicator with a positive and solutions-focused mindset.
Your Day-to-Day will include:
- Preparing contracts and managing changes to employment terms.
- Inputting and maintaining HR data in SuccessFactors and SAP.
- Prepare and compile employee data reports, including metrics such as headcount, sickness absence, and turnover rates.
- Provide support to Managers and People & Culture Business Partners in using HR systems and generating reports.
- Helping employees and managers navigate our HR systems.
- Provide general HR advice and support through phone, email, and the ASK HR case management system.
- Managing sick notes and supporting the company car process.
- Deliver HR administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
