Recruitment Administration Apprentice
£19,000 – £21,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Warwick Hybrid working with around 60% in the office (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week)

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administration Apprentice to join our team.

You will support the Talent Acquisition and HR admin teams in delivering first-class recruitment. From coordinating annual intern intake, apprenticeship and entry-level roles to employer branding and Career events, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, all while working towards a nationally recognised qualification:HR CIPD Level 3.

You have an interest in recruitment as a career and are eager to take the first step in this exciting field. You are proactive, organised, eager to learn, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.

A driving licence is preferred, as occasional travel may be required for events and careers fairs.

You will need a minimum of grade C in GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths, to be eligible.

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt and stay composed under changing circumstances.
  • Strong IT literacy – Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • An interest in recruitment marketing, including employer branding and talent attraction
  • Comfortable liaising with external providers and universities

In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner at our Head Office, alongside two other Talent Acquisition Partners, People Culture Business Partners, HR Administration and the Payroll team. You will also represent Volvo Group at university careers fairs and other recruitment events, acting as a brand ambassador.

What Will You Do?

You’ll coordinate key processes, work closely with hiring managers and external partners, and help promote Volvo Group as an employer of choice. Your support will ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and internal teams alike.

  • Promote opportunities through job boards, social media, and university platforms
  • Support candidate sourcing, engagement, and interview coordination alongside Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Attend and support careers fairs and help organise recruitment events
  • Manage recruitment systems (SuccessFactors), including right-to-work checks and vacancy records
  • Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and internal vacancy updates
  • Contribute to employer branding activity across digital channels
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with GDPR and internal policies
  • Assist HR Administration with general People Services tasks as required

This role will be for 24 Months. Towards the end of your apprenticeship, we can discuss further opportunities within the Volvo Group.
