We are looking for an experienced Truck Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy team. If you have a proven background in commercial vehicle service, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and thrive in a fast‑paced workshop environment, we'd like to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service experience from vehicle check‑in through to collection. Working closely with our workshop team, you'll ensure repairs and maintenance are managed efficiently while keeping customers fully informed throughout the process.

About you

  • Previous experience as a Truck Service Advisor, Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor, or in a similar aftersales customer service role.
  • A strong understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and organised while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Full UK driving licence an advantage.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on Volvo Trucks products, services, parts, and warranties.
  • Coordinate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and follow‑ups for parts and services.
  • Manage and document customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate teams.
  • Support aftersales services, including maintenance scheduling and service updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive brand experience.
