Now, we’re looking for a talented and driven Pricing and Data Intelligence Manager to join our UK Pricing team in Warwick. Someone who sees data not just as numbers, but as a powerful tool for business clarity, growth, and change. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the reporting and analytics that underpin pricing, sales, and commercial performance at Volvo Trucks. You’ll manage and develop a suite of Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. These tools inform everything, drive pricing, sales, logistics, and operational performance across the Volvo Trucks UK business.

Who are you and who will you be working with?

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, commercial environment and wants their work to make a real difference. The skills we’re looking for include:

  • Proficiency with Power BI (including DAX and data modelling) and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent data reconciliation and diagnostic skills, with a high level of accuracy and independence
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of bridging data and business strategy
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a readiness to lead projects and own outcomes
  • Experience managing user permissions, access controls, and report publishing processes in a corporate environment
  • A proven track record of managing end-to-end reporting processes
  • Enjoyment of turning complexity into clarity and insight into influence

You’ll join a close-knit team of three, reporting directly to the Head of Price Management. While your home team is small, your network will be wide. You’ll collaborate with Regional Business Managers, our dealer network, and the wider Fleet team. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping ensure pricing and financial processes are clear, consistent, and commercially sharp.

What will you be doing?

  • Own, develop and optimise key Power BI reports across pricing, logistics, sales, and commercial functions.
  • Lead the delivery and integrity of the TSR (Total Sales Reduction) report — a core financial tool used across the business.
  • Manage dashboards covering Dealer Bonus, Logistics, Digital Services, and Truck KPIs — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Represent the Pricing team in business intelligence forums and contribute to shaping future reporting strategies.
  • Partner with regional teams to support campaigns and deliver data-driven commercial insights.
  • Provide cover for the Head of Price Management when required, maintaining leadership and delivery across the function.
