Renault Trucks Commercials based in Faversham, Kent is recruiting for a customer‑service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a high standard of service to promote the profitable sale of parts and accessories.
Working Monday to Friday:
- Full time Mon - Fri 45 hours 08.00 to 18.00 with occasional Saturday mornings.
- Full UK manual driving licence required with a maximum of 3 points – driving either a Renault Trafic or Renault Master.
Overview of duties:
- Maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to queries.
- Ensure correct orders are loaded for delivery.
- Identify and explain any shortfalls on delivery and propose remedial actions.
- Assist in picking and loading customer orders.
- Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on time.
- Promote sales of parts at all times.
- Support the parts department during holiday, sickness and training periods.
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence – maximum 3 points.
- Experience in a customer‑service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a parts store position and stock control.
- Fit and healthy to lift heavy parts following manual handling guidelines.
- Computer savvy to work on in‑house systems and Outlook emails.
