A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Sales and Support Administrator to work within the team of Volvo Truck and Bus Centre North & Scotland. As a highly motivated and ambitious individual, you will develop a deep understanding of the key aspects of our regional business along with the practical skills to develop your own career and become a future leader within the business.
As a Customer Sales & Support Administrator, you will have responsibility for a broad range of tasks with an opportunity to bring your own thoughts and ideas to simplify processes, improve business performance and enhance colleague and customer experience. Within the role, you will gain valuable experience whilst lending an opportunity to build professional relationships with multiple stakeholders whilst enhancing your own personal knowledge and skillset.
Responsibilities:- Accountability for end to end contract portfolio management.
- Co-ordinate our regional customer relationship management processes and work with stakeholders to secure maximum value for colleagues and business with accountability for sales force.
- Accountable for the regional customer satisfaction process – one voice, developing activities to maximise customer responses and developing management reporting to highlight performance trends and actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively engage in contract expiry/extensions, using a range of Volvo systems.
- Facilitate the management dynamic vehicle service requirements using the information provided via Volvo systems.
- Co-ordinate regional parts promotional materials and events (internally and externally) to ensure they reflect the Volvo brand image, represent value for the business and customers and build your network and understanding of the industry.
- Liaise with our central marketing team to support regional and local marketing activities within North & Scotland.
- Collating and delivering business intelligence on market share and vehicle registrations to drive sales growth.
- Support Service Market Director by collating and delivering business intelligence on vehicle parc to understand parts and labour market potentials.
- Proactively manage colleague communications, enhancing with the use of technology.
- Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.
