Salary: £8.50 per hour (£17,680 per annum) - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

In Bellshill, you will become part of a team that cares deeply about doing things well and supporting the people who make our industry thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career within our Commercial Sales operation. You will support the full end‑to‑end sales process and work closely with our New Trucks Sales team. You will also have the chance to take part in industry events, including the RTX Expo and Scotland Truck Fest, giving you a broader view of the commercial vehicle world.
Alongside your practical experience, you will complete the SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 5 and potentially Level 6 with our training partner GTG. This nationally recognised qualification demonstrates that you have the skills and knowledge to work to a professional administrative standard and gives you a strong foundation for long‑term career development.
Course Entry Requirements:
- GCSE or National 5 qualifications at grade A to C or Level 5 in English and Maths
- Reasonable commuting distance to the Bellshill site

You will work closely with a wide range of colleagues, including the New Trucks Sales team, the Dealerpoint Manager, the Business Development Manager, the Customer Service Representative team and many other direct and indirect functions based at our Bellshill site. You will also collaborate with suppliers, bodybuilders, the Logistics team, the Regional Business Manager and event teams during RTX Expo and Scotland Truck Fest. You will play an important part in supporting our rental and sales activities and helping customers receive a smooth professional experience from start to finish. This is a hands‑on role where you will learn how our vehicles are ordered, prepared and delivered while developing strong administration and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Processing new truck orders and updates
- Supporting compliance and service administration for our rental and contract hire fleet
- Updating CRM records and preparing reports
- Coordinating vehicle movements across our fleet
- Working with suppliers and engineers on vehicle preparation
- Assisting with invoicing and registration tasks
- Keeping customer and vehicle records accurate and up to date
- Supporting demonstrations, customer surveys and general sales administration
