During the 3‑year Heavy Vehicle Advanced Apprenticeship Programme, you will learn all aspects of heavy‑vehicle technology, focusing on electronics, diagnostics and computer‑management systems. You will work with next‑gen technologies and teams dedicated to sustainable transport solutions.

Apprenticeship details
- Working hours: Mon‑Fri 40 hours, 8 am–5 pm, with block‑release study weeks at the Renault Trucks Academy in Leicester.
- Rate: 16‑17 years £7.93 per hour; 18‑20 years £10.50 per hour; 21+ years £12.21 per hour. Rates increase each year or if you change age category before the new year commences. The Government’s National Minimum Apprentice rate for year one is £7.55.

- Technically motivated with an interest in mechanics, diagnostics and trucks.
