Team: Product Marketing – Global (Paris HQ + international collaboration). The PMM Director will lead the Product Marketing function (3 PMMs) and collaborate closely with Product, Sales & Pre‑sales, Customer Success, Marketing (Brand, Content, Demand Gen), Partnerships, and Executive leadership.
Role Overview: Define and drive the global Product Marketing strategy, ensuring products are clearly positioned, differentiated, and adopted across markets while acting as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Tech Stack & Tools: Salesforce, Mixpanel, Gong, Canva, Figma, LinkedIn, Monday/Asana, Pardot, Google Wordpress, Analytics/Matomo. International focus: occasional travel may be required for internal offsites, GTM workshops, or key client events.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global Product Marketing strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the full portfolio (including AI‑driven capabilities).
- Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies for new features, releases, and strategic initiatives.
- Support revenue enablement; equip Sales and CSM teams with compelling narratives, battlecards, pitch decks, and competitive insights.
- Strengthen competitive positioning by partnering with Global Marketing to align positioning, go‑to‑market narratives, and demand generation strategy.
- Support product adoption and customer value realization by collaborating with Product and Customer teams.
- Structure and scale internal processes to align Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
- Leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross‑sell, retention).
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing team (including mentoring junior PMMs).
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong expertise in positioning complex, technical, AI‑driven products with clear, compelling business value.
- Proven experience leading go‑to‑market strategies in international environments.
- Strong understanding of Sales enablement and revenue impact.
- Experience working closely with Product and Revenue teams.
- Analytical mindset; able to leverage data for strategic decisions.
- Leadership experience managing and growing PMM teams in a lean environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (French a plus).
