Team Name & Location: Product Marketing – Global (Paris HQ + international collaboration). Team Composition: The PMM Director will lead the Product Marketing function (3 PMMs for now) and collaborate closely with:

  • Product (PMs, CPO)
  • Sales & Pre-sales
  • Customer Success
  • Marketing (Brand, Content, Demand Gen)
  • Partnerships
  • Executive leadership

Role Overview: As PMM Director, you will define and drive the global Product Marketing strategy, ensuring our products are clearly positioned, differentiated, and successfully adopted across markets—while acting as the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Tech Stack & Tools: Salesforce, Mixpanel, Gong, Canva, Figma, LinkedIn, Monday/Asana, Pardot, Google Wordpress, Analytics/Matomo.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role with international exposure. Occasional travel may be required for internal offsites, GTM workshops, or key client events.

YOUR MISSION: As PMM Director, you will own and elevate the Product Marketing function to support the company’s next phase of growth. You will:

  • Define and execute the global Product Marketing strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the full portfolio (including AI-driven capabilities).
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new features, releases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support Revenue enablement: equip Sales and CSM teams with compelling narratives, battlecards, pitch decks, and competitive insights.
  • Strengthen our competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving experimentation and personalization market by partnering with Global Marketing to align positioning, go-to-market narratives, and demand generation strategy.
  • Support product adoption and customer value realization by collaborating closely with Product and Customer teams.
  • Structure and scale internal processes to ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, retention).
  • Lead and develop the Product Marketing team (including mentoring junior PMMs).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong expertise in positioning complex, technical, and AI-driven products, with the ability to translate advanced capabilities into clear, compelling business value. Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies in international environments. Strong understanding of Sales enablement and revenue impact. Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling, business-oriented messaging. Experience working in close collaboration with Product and Revenue teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions. Leadership experience managing and growing PMM teams, with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on execution in a lean environment. Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (French is a plus). You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy building structure where needed, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned.
