About the Role:

As our Breakfast Chef, you will take pride in preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Youll lead the breakfast service and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items to order and for buffet service

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen

• Work efficiently during early shifts and ensure smooth handover

• Assist with stock rotation and kitchen prep for the day

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role (hotel or high-end restaurant preferred)

• Passion for cooking and pride in presentation

• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
