Gaining private equity investment in the business in 2020 has allowed the business to drive growth, becoming the go-to trusted and reliable retrofit installer in Scotland.
This company installs energy efficient measures in domestic properties, such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charge Points and Insulation to reduce our customers' bills, saving energy and saving money. The business works directly with major utility companies to install measures under the ECO4 scheme and has large volumes of funding in place to deliver ECO/GBIS projects in Scotland, partnering with 18 Scottish local authorities. The Role:
- Outbound calls to convert vetted client leads, deploying a consultative approach.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries.
- Qualifying all leads to ensure the lead is a viable project.
- Ensure leads processed to install within expected timeframe.
- Providing advice to customers on the measures we offer and funding available.
- Proactively learn the variety of measures available for install.
- Work closely with other departments, such as surveying, compliance and planning.
- Processing orders through existing CRM system.
