At AB Mauri, our Customer Service team plays a vital role in delivering brilliant service to our UK & Ireland customers. We’re looking for a Customer Service Order Administrator who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys keeping things on track, and works hard to ensure smooth, on‑time order processing. You’ll be at the heart of the order journey, from entry to exception handling, working closely with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain and our external customers to make sure everything lands exactly as it should.
What you’ll be doing:
- Process UK & Ireland customer orders accurately in our system, aiming for same‑day entry
- Manage our auto‑ordering/EDI flow monitoring uploads, gateways and exceptions to keep orders moving
- Take ownership of Zendesk order tickets, keeping information clean, complete and up to date
- Flag and communicate order restrictions (price/part) quickly to Planning and Finance to avoid delays
- Drive order quality using the Yellow Action Process (delivery days, lead times, pallet/kilo standards)
- Run three timed daily order downloads and manage held orders for the warehouse
- Use contract ordering correctly for customers where this is live
- Apply accurate analysis coding to support “Right First Time” KPI trending
- Learn colleague processes to support cover during holidays and busy periods
- Support tech improvements, integrations and updates, always looking for smarter ways to work
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Strong admin capability and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Organised, able to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- A positive, practical approach and strong communication skills
- Team‑first mindset and confidence working with systems and process
Desirable:
- Customer service experience in FMCG
- Interest in or working knowledge of AI tools to improve admin efficiency, accuracy or workflow
