The Senior Product Manager for the PerfectDraft App will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile experience across iOS and Android. You’ll own the product roadmap and play a pivotal role in shaping a digital platform that connects our customers with their favourite beers, enhances their at-home experience, and drives the growth of the PerfectDraft brand.
About PerfectDraft: PerfectDraft is AB InBev’s premium at-home beer experience — a connected ecosystem combining hardware, digital services, and an ever-growing range of top-quality beers on tap. We’re on a mission to bring the bar experience home for beer lovers worldwide. The PerfectDraft App sits at the heart of this ecosystem — empowering users to discover new beers and manage their kegs and machine.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for the PerfectDraft App, aligned to business and brand ambitions. Translate customer insights, market trends, and performance data into innovative, high-impact product opportunities. Champion the app as the central hub for PerfectDraft’s digital ecosystem, integrating eCommerce, personalisation, and connected device experiences. Balance consumer needs, commercial outcomes, and technical feasibility to deliver measurable business impact.
- Varied & Exciting Scope of Features: Enable customers to buy, manage, and return their favourite kegs seamlessly through the app. Drive the app as a key commercial and marketing channel, using data and behavioural insights to deliver tailored recommendations, offers, and content that fuel retention and revenue growth. Deepen engagement through smart integration with the PerfectDraft machine, allowing users to manage their machine and IoT capabilities — such as cooling modes and machine insights — to unlock the ultimate home beer experience.
- Execution & Delivery: Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable app experiences. Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and prioritisation to launch and iteration. Ensure seamless integration between app experiences, hardware, and eCommerce systems.
- Growth & Engagement: Develop and optimise strategies to increase active usage, retention, and repeat purchases. Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Brand teams to enhance acquisition, engagement, and loyalty. Use experimentation, analytics, and insights to refine key user journeys.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer obsession. Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams. Represent the PerfectDraft App roadmap in leadership forums and business reviews.
Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a commercially savvy product leader who combines deep consumer empathy with a strong technical understanding. You’ll be equally comfortable shaping product strategy from data and user insights as you are discussing architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers. Above all, you’ll ensure that the app becomes central to everything we do at PerfectDraft — the hub through which our users engage, purchase, and enjoy the brand.
Required:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading mobile app products.
- Proven success launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
