About the job
The Product Manager for BEES Deliver will play a pivotal role in driving the product evolution and development of our logistics digital transformation solution. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to enhance product features, optimize connectivity with the BEES ecosystem, and ensure a seamless delivery experience for our global customers. The Product Manager will be responsible for structuring the core journey of BEES Deliver to become a global product and expand its reach with minimal customizations.
What you\’ll do:
- Guide Product Discoveries: Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and logistics teams to define the users’ problems to be solved and how to find optimal solutions for them, transforming this into product evolution requirements.
- Define Requirements: Create high-level requirements to document all findings and definitions from the discovery phase.
- Epics creation and management: Create epics and manage the Epic board, including detailing, status updates, and identifying affected countries.
- User Stories Creation: Write and manage User Stories, ensuring they are well-defined, with adequate acceptance criteria, and aligned with the product vision.
- Lead execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- User Research: Collaborate with UX Research to align research materials, scripts, and scopes to gain insights into user behavior.
- Prototype Development: Partner with Product Design to support them in the creation of effective prototypes.
- Architectural Planning: Work with Architects to support them in the creation of the architecture solution for new initiatives and map out dependencies.
- Tracking Plan: Collaborate with the Data Team to establish a segment tracking plan.
- Measure Hypothesis: Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
What you\’ll need:
- Experience as a Product Manager in an e-commerce, logistics or tech environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools such as Mixpanel and JIRA.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
