As a People Business Partner, you\’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the landscape of our customer-centric organisation. Collaborating with the Site Leadership Team, Centres of Excellence, and UK Brewery Business Partners, you won\’t just support our people functions but help drive unparalleled employee experiences and champion the implementation of groundbreaking initiatives across our second-largest brewery in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in implementing our People strategic direction, breathing life into new initiatives, and orchestrating transformative projects that reshape our organisational landscape.
  • Become the go-to hero for addressing People demands across the entire spectrum of our organisation. Understand our business environment to drive impactful changes that elevate both our talent pipeline and employee satisfaction.
  • Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from leadership teams and front-line managers to recruitment and legal partners. Use coaching skills to empower them to navigate key People topics with confidentiality.
  • Balance operational requirements with strategic direction and continually challenge the status quo.
