As a Budweiser On-Trade Account Manager, this role will be focused on both account management to maximize existing relationships, whilst putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium portfolio. This role is field-based, covering York & Wakefield, so a current UK Driving License is required.

Manage accounts, provide top-notch customer service, and support wholesale partners to boost sales across our impressive portfolio within the Independent Free Trade.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Focus on both account management for existing relationships and winning new accounts.
- Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators.
- Achieve volume and revenue targets with wholesale partners.
- Build a strong network of working relationships across various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and deliver KPI results.
- Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities.
- Differentiate brands through innovative support that adds value to customers.
- Track account performance versus investment and present quarterly reviews for key accounts.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone with a strong work ethic who is persistent, resilient, and keen to develop their career with us.
- Outstanding local Yorkshire market knowledge, contacts, and experience in beer or a similar industry.
- Ideally, has experience in new business development, with previous sales experience preferred.
- Ownership - Take your results personally and lead by example.
- Excellent relationship building with Customers, Consumers, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Great communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
- Negotiation and objection-handling skills, as well as commercial acumen.
- Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial maths.
- Ability to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- On-trade experience is desirable, as is experience of working with premium/super-premium brands.
This role is Field Based role, so a current UK Driving License is required.
