Job Overview
As a Budweiser Drinks Dispense Technician you will install, maintain, and repair beverage equipment across a wide range of locations, ensuring that drinks flow smoothly and efficiently. The role involves both planned preventative maintenance and reactive support, utilising laptops and handheld devices for data entry and reporting while working independently and as part of an on‑call rota.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and test new dispensing systems.• Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment failures.• Document work in real‑time using laptops or handheld devices.• Participate in an on‑call rota to provide reactive support.• Maintain high health and safety and quality standards.• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Drinks Dispense Technician or in related beverage equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency with laptops and handheld devices for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle on‑call shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Prior experience in soft drinks, line cleaning, cellar work or setting up wine and cask ale systems is desirable.
- Current UK driving licence required.
