About the Program

We are excited to launch our Drinks Dispense Technician Apprenticeship. Recruitment is now live with successful candidates starting October 2026. This 15‑month program offers a hands‑on, industry‑led journey where you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to understand how our technicians get beer from a barrel all the way to the glass. You’ll learn to fault‑find and diagnose issues on all cellar and bar equipment while also getting to grips with how we install the systems to maintain quality, working towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification through Wolverhampton College.

The program consists of 11 weeks in college—travel, accommodation and meals will be covered by the company—phased throughout the 15 months, with the majority of your training taking place in the field alongside our mobile, knowledgeable, qualified technicians.

Ideal candidates are based in or near the following areas: Cambridge (CB & SG), London (N, NW, SW, W & WC), Southeast (SL, GU & TW).
