Location: Luton, LU4 9QQ; a hybrid working scheme is available after successful passing of the probationary period.
Salary: £24,570 gross p. a. (based on 37.5 hours per week) + monthly commission

Opening hours Contact Centre: Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6.15 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. We have some full‑time roles available, although we are willing to consider part‑time shifts on a job‑share basis consisting of reduced hours or days. However, it is desirable that the shift pattern will include working a Monday and/or Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer service enquiries for consumers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying consumer needs
- Utilize the available products and services to find a solution for the consumer that best fits their needs
- Accurately record consumer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services such as insurance products and to ensure field teams can deliver service excellence
- Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets
- Seek out opportunities to upsell through service
Qualifications:
- Experience working within a sales or customer service environment
- Passion to deliver a first‑class consumer experience
- Confident on the phone and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self‑motivated in both your daily activities and in self‑development
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to work remotely when required
