We are delighted to be recruiting for a Full-Time Aesthetic Therapist to join our busy London clinic on New Cavendish Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced therapist who is passionate about aesthetics and exceptional client care.
Hours of work
This is a full-time role working on a 2-week rotating rota:
- Week 1: Monday to Saturday (includes alternate Saturday)
- Week 2: Tuesday to Friday
Across Tuesday–Thursday, shifts include:
- Friday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Alternate Monday and alternate Saturday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Lunch breaks
30 minutes lunch on all other working days
Average weekly hours: 39 hours per week (averaged over the 2-week rota)
The role
You will deliver a wide range of cutting-edge aesthetic treatments (full training provided), including:
- SOFWAVE
- CO2 Laser
- Tattoo Removal
- Inmode Morpheus8 (fractional skin tightening with radio frequency)
- Micro-needling
- ZO Medical Facials & Peels
- Blue Radiance Obagi Peels
- Hydrafacial
- Glace Facials
- Dermalux LED Light Therapy
In addition to treatment delivery, your responsibilities will include:
- Reception and diary management
- Client record management (ensuring accuracy and confidentiality)
- Assisting doctors and chaperoning
- Stock control and ordering support
- General clinic upkeep (daily and deep cleaning routines)
- Social media content creation and general admin tasks
Experience using the Pabau booking system is advantageous.
Pay - from £16ph depending on experience.
Requirements
Education: NVQ (or equivalent) Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy - Level 4 desirable
Experience: Aesthetic clinic experience — 2 years (required)
