AB Vista is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Manager to join their team, focusing on the Eastern European market. This home-based role, with approximately 60% travel across Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, is designed for a candidate with deep knowledge in animal nutrition and physiology. With no direct reports, the role requires effective collaboration and communication across internal and external stakeholders to advance business. You will be contributing to AB Vista’s growth in gut health performance products, using your knowledge of prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, and Phyto biotics to develop strategic sales plans and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage sales efforts by developing effective sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
  • Build and maintain reliable relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders to support business goals.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified to a minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Animal Science or related field.
  • A good understanding of feed and livestock industries with experience in the animal nutrition and feed additives/ingredients sectors.
  • Solid background in Sales.
  • Experience in gut health products is extremely valuable and essential.

Location: home-based working arrangement involving approximately 60% travel across all Eastern Europe countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania.
