Advance is looking for an organised and customer-focused Product Specialist to support our Performance Products business.
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring orders, pricing, product quality and customer communications are managed efficiently.
Acting as a key point of contact, you'll play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing relationships with clients and consultants, delivering a high-quality service.
- Processing sales and purchase orders accurately.
- Supporting quotations, pricing updates and stock management.
- Resolving customer and finance queries promptly.
- Coordinating product quality testing and reporting.
- Communicating product updates to clients and consultants.
- Managing key customer accounts and forward ordering requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Effective customer service and relationship management skills.
- Solid organisational and administrative abilities.

- BSc (Hons) Degree in Agricultural Management.
