NMR (National Milk Records) supports the UK dairy industry by providing essential services like milk testing, recording, and data insights. Our work helps farmers monitor herd health, improve milk quality, and boost productivity, offering valuable information on breeding, nutrition, and disease management. As a Self-Employed Milk Sampler, you’ll be at the heart of this process, visiting farms to collect milk samples from individual cows over a whole milking.
