  • Build strong relationships with feed mills, buyers and independent nutritionists
  • Deliver practical product advice and technical support to customers
  • Provide training and guidance to help customers demonstrate ROI to farm, from the TMN portfolio
  • Manage your territory day-to-day, including account management, commercial discussions and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with internal teams, sharing insight and helping move opportunities forward
  • Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities to increase sales

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in ruminant feed, animal nutrition or ruminant feed additives
  • A good balance of ruminant technical understanding and commercial awareness
  • Confidence to hold credible, business-focused conversations with customers
  • A relationship-led approach, with strong follow-through
  • A solid understanding of the dairy and beef sector and current market conditions
  • A practical, adaptable mindset with the resilience to operate in a field-based role
  • Experience working within the ruminant feed trader, on-farm, or in a related environment would be an advantage.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a technical sales, account management or customer-facing Agri role
  • Sound knowledge of ruminant nutrition and how it supports animal performance and value
  • Understanding of how feed mills and buying decisions work
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Northern Ireland, England & Wales (including occasional overnight stays)
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting and delivering training
